Replacement Ready is designed to help you take control of your rehab process. Strengthen and prepare your hip for surgery then master the recovery process. This program answers your questions and guides you through exercises, stretches, incision care, symptom management, walking after surgery, and additional methods to be proactive, ultimately shortening your rehab timeline.
While working in an outpatient clinic we noticed a lack of patient education prior to surgery. Our patients often came to us in the dark, or had been told things like “you’ll be up and walking the next day”, but didn’t realize what they could have done to prepare or what the process would truly look like following surgery. So we created a program that answers those questions, empowers you to feel ready for rehabilitation, and helps you move smarter and better than before.
